Mr. Hodges, the owner and operator of our company. He comes from a military background. He is a decorated U.S. Army Ranger, in service to his country he served and deployed with the 75th Ranger Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division as well as the 101st Airborne Division. He brings a love and dedication for the human performance capacity. He is a Purple Heart recipient who overcame combat injuries to continue to lead Soldiers as well as compete 4 years later in the U.S. Army Best Ranger Competition. He attributes all his success to those who came before him and truly is in the foxhole doing what he can to enhance the abilities’ of others. As he says, “The objective is yours I will be your support by fire.” His skills and extensive knowledge of how the human body/mind/stress/balance allows the company to give its 100% and then some.

Located in Savannah Georgia, we are a community of running people. Our members facilitate others with finding the joys of running, the outdoors and community. We got our start in running like everyone else, one step at a time. Our current model has been shaped and molded over the past 6 years of experienced research and pure love of the outdoors.

Looking at the Races over the years we began to think how we could give back to our favorite people, YOU! The community of running is more than a number on a clock or a bib….sometimes even our fancy smartwatches. We realized all the metrics were making our joy a chore! We still love the chase of the race and more in tune now with the question we have asked ourselves since the beginning, “Why do we run?”

There are a lot of different answers to this one simple question. Finding out more about running itself allowed our minds to come to the same conclusion. The fun of it! Knowledge has enhanced our running performance, built structure and routine in our days and happiness in our community. We want to share it with you!
